Bradley Corporation (BC) was established in 1989 to specialize in the sales, leasing and management of commercial, retail and industrial properties in the Winter Park and Maitland area.  The principal of the Company, Stephen W. Bradley, is a licensed Real Estate Broker experienced in not only commercial leasing and sales but also Hospitality Development & Timeshare Development, Sales & Marketing in Orlando Florida.  Bradley has previously been an active Certified Public Accountant and Mortgage Broker, & is currently a member of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce.

 Our Company philosophy was created considering the client’s long term goals and to create as much value through the leasing an management effort.  Bradley Corporation and Bradley have collectively completed over $200,000,000 in real estate transactions in Central Florida.  Currently BC maintains a staff of five employees managing nine properties and an Executive Suite operation in Winter Park.
